Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a liaison between the customer, sales team, and production, answering client questions about prospective, existing, and prior purchases. The ideal applicant should be a quick learner with a great attention to detail and a desire to assist others. This is a full-time employment that offers excellent compensation and benefits.

Duties:

Contact consumers via phone, email, or in person to discuss printing needs, work status, estimates, orders, modifications, shipment confirmation, and complaints.
Contribute to the success of The Print Source, Inc. by providing 100% customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and produce quotations for customers.
Process jobs and orders according to customer standards.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production objectives and shipment dates are reached.
Effectively interact with colleagues and management.
Seek out and share continual improvement ideas.
Perform other responsibilities as given by your supervisor and cross-train.

Additional Requirements:

Requirements include a high school graduation or equivalent, as well as one year of recent job experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in writing simple communication and presenting information to people or small groups, such as customers, vendors, and workers.
Knowledge of color, design, and print quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrates ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work an entire shift sitting and/or standing at a desk while using a computer.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to ten pounds, with occasional higher loads.
This work requires certain visual qualities such as near vision, distant vision, color vision, and the capacity to focus.
This is an on-site position in Houston, TX

Sales Representative

Job Description:

Results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. To succeed in this job, you must actively create relationships with current and prospective clients, draw up contracts, bid on large-scale and commercial print jobs, and give the overall best possible service to clients.

Duties:

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Job Description:

This position will integrate customer data for processing in a print production environment, perform data conversion, cleansing, mapping, and validation to prepare for mail production.

Duties:

Collaborate with customers and internal process teams to identify data needs and design solutions to convert data and support workflows.
Comply with client supplied business rules and internal standards
Complete data cleansing and validation.
Assist with production support to correct discrepancies.
Seek and recommend solutions and design improvements.
Apply security best practices when working with client data
Estimate and deliver projects on time.
Levering tools to comply with domestic mailing regulations.
Comply with company policies and procedures and promote company values and culture.

Requirements:

Data conversion concepts: 2 years (Preferred)
Data processing programming: 3 years (Preferred)
Gathering/analyzing/documenting data requirements: 2 years (Preferred)
Commercial print manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
BCC software tools: 2 years (Required)
US postal pre-sort and data hygiene: 2 years (Required)

The Specialist will work with our company to identify new sales channels that will support our expansion and profitability as a supplier. They will also investigate the possibility of leveraging our current resources to service channels that distributors of promotional products have historically used, such as trade associations and digital marketing. Must be able to provide the best options for expansion and profitability and assist our team in setting measurable objectives and benchmarks that will help us thrive in the chosen sales channels.

Digital Press Operator

Job Description:

The Digital Press Operator repairs runs and operates the many machines and oversees the entire production of printed materials from start to finish. They load the press with paper and will add any updates or repairs as needed. Also, the operator works to finish their projects by their respective deadlines and must follow safety guidelines. These help to ensure they keep themselves and others safe throughout the machine operation or repair process.

Duties:

Ensures efficient operation of the digital printing press and related equipment.
Creates digital print files from provided data.
Manipulates color calibration to meet client expectations.
Sets up supplies and equipment.
Supervises the printing press during operations.
Performs machine maintenance.
Reviews proofs and final product samples.
Cleans the work area.
Monitors supply levels.
Interprets work orders and maintains production schedule.

Requirements:

Ability to work long hours while standing.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of front-end printing press software.
Proficiency in printing machine setup and operation.
